Our 2021-2023 Impact Report showcases the Computer Reach launch of our Digital Navigator program in coordination with the National Digital Inclusion Alliance. We utilized a Hillman Family Foundation grant to improve the lives of several Pittsburgh area communities that struggle to afford food, medicine and rent ... let alone any computers or training. We provided refurbished computers at no cost to homes, schools, libraries, and workplaces. Our in-person and remote computer hardware and software support empowered individuals to meet their unique technology needs. We trained families on healthcare, job searches, schoolwork, banking, shopping, social media safety and many more tech needs based on their specific requests.
