Computer Reach only provides hardware and software support on computers that were purchased or obtained from Computer Reach. We do not provide support for computers purchased elsewhere (Walmart, Best Buy, Amazon, etc.)

Option 2 – Schedule an appointment to visit the Computer Reach Warehouse to receive in-person support.
If you need hardware or software support for your Computer Reach device, please schedule a service appointment with our Technology Manager David Mitchell using the Calendar below. Appointments will be made for in-person services at the Computer Reach Warehouse (1 DRV Dr., Wilkinsburg, PA 15221). If you are unable to schedule an appointment online, please call 412-444-8816 and press 2 for David Mitchell.

Note our Xubuntu 20.04 installation already has Spanish and French packages downloaded/installed. You will just need to configure keyboards.
