Latino Center receives 1st computers in Spanish

Dave Sevick of Computer Reach and Samantha Murphy, Education Liaison for Allegheny County Department of Human Services delivered 8 Apple iBook computers to The Latino Family Center on the South Side of Pittsburgh.

They serve 173 family members from ALL over Allegheny County. Latino residents come from Mexico, Spain, Argentina, Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, Cuba, Uruguay, Costa Rica, Panama, Bolivia, Venezuela, Guatemala, Paraguay, Ecuador, Puerto Rico, El Salvador, Columbia, Chile, Honduras, Peru, Brazil and Portugal.

5 computers were prepared in English, 3 were prepared in localized Spanish on our Macs.

Many thanks to the anonymous donor family from Gibsonia, PA who found this center was worthy of technology support.
