The TRAIN & TRIAGE Program is the second component of our workflow at Computer Reach.  We TRAIN our volunteers with the technology skills necessary to diagnose the goodness of each incoming machine.  Computers are classified as “viable” or “obsolete/dead.”  Viable machines go through a TRIAGE process to assess their repair and refurbishing needs.  Obsolete/dead machines are identified for responsible de-manufacturing into recyclable parts.

Since 2001, Computer Reach has TRAINED over 1,600 volunteers and TRIAGED over 10,500 computers.
