Computer Lottery Program Over 6 months, Computer Reach distributed over 300 Free Computer Bundles to individuals in the Greater Pittsburgh Area. In April alone, we distributed 60 Free Computer Bundles. We will continue to offer this program until all individuals on our waitlist have been served. Only 50 people are left on our list. March Highlights Age-Friendly Technology Guide Computer Reach published its first Age-Friendly Technology Guide. It features a list of affordable internet and technology options, technical support services, and technology training locations. January Highlights Distributions Computer Reach distributed 24 Windows OS Laptops to the Fayette County Community Action Agency, a nonprofit based in Fayette County. The COVID-19 pandemic has forced many elementary students into online learning from home. However, during the pandemic, not all families have had access to an at-home computer and broadband internet. Beyond The Laptops Seeks to Connect Families to Tech

Due to the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in Southwestern Pennsylvania, countless schools have shut their doors and have transitioned to online learning. However, Pittsburgh Public Schools (PPS) isn't able to make that transition as more than 7,000 students in the school district do not have access to a computer at home.
